How to order:
Place your order as normal then drop us a message with your pet/s.
Once we have received your image we will email back the design for confirmation within 1-3 days. once confirmed we will make your product. If the dispatch deadline approached and we haven't heard from you we will go ahead and make your order. 
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have sent us the image we cannot cancel your order, we will happily refund you minus the digitising fee of £10 as we have to pay a digitiser to digitise your image into embroidery. We also cannot change your pet image for another pet image once you have submitted your pet image that will be your final submission. We will happily digitise another image, however this will also cost an additional £10
